The RemTEC-02 electric drive

The RemTEC-02 electric drive is used to control the valve mechanism of stop valves and control valves in compliance with preset parameters. The RemTEC-02 electric drive is designed for valves on pipelines, oilfields and gas-fields; in chemical, petrochemical and industries; it is applied to outdoor installations in explosion hazardous zones of the B-1г class and indoors in explosion hazardous zones of the B-1a class. The RemTEC-02 electric drive is a device comprising an electronic control system ERA-10, three-phase asynchronous electric motor and a reducer. Functions: motion with the preset speed and torque; soft starting and stopping; an embedded noncontact reversing-type starter; the electric motor is switched off automatically if the preset tractive effort is overrun; the electric motor is switched off automatically if the valve travel end positions are reached; opening, closing and adjustment of check valves and control valves port size with accurate stops at any position within the valve travel; the motor winding protection from overheating; the motor protection from a short circuit; the motor circuit protection from phase loss; operator error and tamper proof; the isolation resistance control between drive phases and drive housing; can be connected to the automatic process control systems through RS-485 or CAN-bus interfaces; can be connected to the telemechanics through the discrete and analog inputs/outputs; position, consumption and pressure adjustment using embedded PID control of technological data; allows to adjust the electric drive control parameters using remote control; the electric drive is adjusted both from remote control and local control station on the faceplate; information about the breakdowns and the commands is saved in a blackbox, the valves condition is diagnosed.
